Law_of_Introduction_North_Week Day 7

I look for the way things will turn out, spiraling from a center, the shape things will take to come forth.

Daily Guidance:

Today we will briefly visit the final twelve Laws, the ‘stepping stones’. The information below, about each Law, is excerpted from the Wisdom Wheel cards. Created to look like a paper set of thirty six stones, on the back are quotes and questions used to generate responses from those who wish to use them to stimulate group discussions about the Universal Laws.

Cynthia's Journal:

Archie Ammons says his great motivation in writing poetry is ‘a ferocious anxiety to get rid of everything thick and material--to arrive at a spiritual emptiness, the emptiness that is spiritual.  What remains are the essentials. The Wheel can you focus on the essentials while helping you to maintain the sense of a center that holds.  It is a place where things can spiral out from, in meaningful patterns, instead of random chaos.  We are not the first generation to ponder the problems of relationships, place and purpose. Those who were here before us, and those who will come after, are part of the Great Circle.  Wise ones down through the centuries preserved the wisdoms of the Wheels, to pass along what they’d learned.  Now it’s your turn.

In the absence of a framework like the Wheel, what else would you use to unite all parts into a useful whole?  The increasing interdependence of all systems is difficult to comprehend with a good tool.  Globalization will continue to stress us all, and strain our abilities to grasp complexity, so we can sort things out in ways that work for us, rather than against us.

In the East under Right Action

Creativity - Most of us have forgotten that the Great Creator bestows all gifts of insight, genius, artistic ability and truly elegant solutions.  Problems can be solved and ideas can flow through inexhaustibly if we refocus on where they come from…  Share your creation stories.

Courage -The Courage it takes to look one’s fears in the face can transform both the fear and the one who is afraid.  Take back the Power you have given to your fears.

Commitment is best understood by realizing the first commitment, when you were given life.  Have you truly accepted it?  Re-evaluate what is involved in any act of Commitment.

In the South under Trust:

Giving & Receiving Perhaps, if we realized it was equally sacred to Give as to Receive, we would practice being more generous with each other.  The Earth gives us everything so abundantly…  How grateful are we?  What do we give back?
Immortality When you know you have forever, you can afford to be patient, to be kind, to be loving and forgiving.  What might be different if we knew we are Eternal?

Ultimate Reality We are Spiritual Beings having a Human Experience.  If we concede to ’human nature’ we resign ourselves to being less than we really are.

In the West under Higher Purpose:

Pure Potential is all possibilities existing simultaneously.  Are you ready to let go, and descend into chaos, and ’not knowing’ long enough for new possibilities to emerge?

Power Who is the most powerful…?  True Power is not man-made, it comes from Spirit.  Who here is filled with Spirit?  Alignment with Divine Energy is what empowers us.

Compassion is active, not passive.  It flows most easily from those who are deeply grateful…  We must know what it is to love and be loved.

In the North under Integrity:

Cycles Not one person can make the sun rise or set any sooner.  A wise one works with natural rhythms and that begins with a heightened Awareness of them.

Sacred Oneness It takes a lot of energy to be aloof. It is not our real nature.  Our unity is obvious, but many fear it nonetheless.  The very air we breathe has passed through 1,000 sets of lungs before it comes our way.

Great Mystery How much do we really know?  All our scientific and economic achievements cannot equal the wisdom contained in the DNA of a single cell.  The wise are full of awe and appreciation for good reason.
