Spiritual writing expands the interior conversation of consciousness to include your relationship with the sacred. You are no longer alone on the quest, or on the paper. You are in conversation with something you perceive as beyond, or deep within yourself. It is this inclusion of the sacred that spiritualizes the writing. As we take up writing, the sacred responds by using writing as a vessel, a way to appear, interact, an open channel. East is the place of the mind, mental efforts and the intellect, among other things. Each time a Law is studied, we begin by paying attention to the ideas we have about it. A dated, formatted, blank Journal page is provided for you, as an attachment to each daily email. You can print these pages out, and write on them by hand if you like. Store in a three ring binder or keep your Journal electronically. If you prefer the keyboard method, save each page as a Microsoft Word document and file it on your computer and/or a CD.
